Returns & Exchanges

At Aviva Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that certain bulk orders and final sale items are subject to specific restocking guidelines to ensure the best pricing for all our clients.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your wholesale account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our central distribution center; please keep your tracking number until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items for resale condition, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
