GUIDELINE
THICKNESS/ FORCE: 33 to 37
BLADE: 5 to 6
PRINT/ CUT: Do not mirror the design
Steps:
1 -Cut the Subli Satin according to your design.
2-Remove the excess material from your design.
3-Apply masking heat transfer tape, ensuring full contact with the Subli Satin Vinyl,
4-Press the Subli Satin vinyl with the heat transfer tape onto the shirt at 300-320°F for 8-10 seconds.
5-Print your design in reverse on sublimation paper.
6-Place the sublimation paper on the Subli Satin vinyl and press at 380°F for 40 seconds. Use a cold peel method.
We highly recommend performing a test before proceeding with standard production.

- Cutting Direction: No reverse
- Force: 150gfs
- Speed: 15cm/s
- Blade: 45˚
