The Story

One Flex Subli Fabric is an innovative HTV that allows you to experience the type of woven texture. It feels a lot like the regular t-shirt that can be applied to cotton, polyester, spandex, etc. Subli Fabric has a very soft and warm texture making it unique designs without stiff texture. With the unique texture, you can have remarkable contrast when applied to other garments in materials like uncoated polyester. Subli Fabric gives vibrant colors with full sublimation printing. It also adds full-color designs onto dark-colored fabrics without altering the texture of the t-shirts.

GUIDELINE
THICKNESS/ FORCE: 33 to 37
BLADE: 5 to 6
PRINT/ CUT: Do not mirror the design
Steps:
1-Cut the subli fabric according to your design.
2-Remove the excess material from your design.
3-Apply masking heat transfer tape, ensuring full contact with the Subli Fabric Vinyl,
4-Press the Subli fabric vinyl with the heat transfer tape onto the shirt at 325°F for 4 seconds.
5-Print your design in reverse on sublimation paper.
6-Place the sublimation paper on the Subli fabric vinyl and press at 380°F for 25 seconds. Use a cold peel method.
