The Story

GUIDELINE

Heat Transfer Conditions
THICKNESS/FORCE:  8 to 10
BLADE: 3 to 5
PRINT/CUT: Cut the design on the reverse side of the vinyl. Mirror or flip the artwork before sending it to your cutter.
HEAT PRESS TEMPERATURE: 270°F to 280°F
PRESSING TIME
1st Press: 8 to 10 seconds under medium pressure wait several seconds to the Vinyl cool down. Then peel of the transparent film and press second time.
2nd Press: 3 to 5 seconds after peeling of the film.
PEELING: Warm
PRESSURE: Medium
We highly recommend performing a test before proceeding with standard production.
Cutting Conditions
  • Plotter Machine: GCC Jaguar IV / Mimaki CJV150 75
  • Cutting Direction: Reverse
  • Force: 100gfs
  • Speed: 15cm/s
  • Blade: 45˚
