Introducing the ultimate heat transfer flex — Silicone Flex Thin HTV, now available in Black and White color options.
With exceptional stretch and outstanding rebound properties, Silicone Flex delivers superior performance. Its natural ability to block dye migration during sublimation makes it an ideal choice for both sportswear and fashion garments.
The incredibly smooth, luxurious feel elevates garment designs to the next level, allowing decorators to offer premium-quality creations with confidence.

Heat Transfer Conditions
  • Thickness / Force: 15–25
  • Blade: 3–5
  • Print / Cut: Cut the design on the reverse side of the vinyl.
    Mirror or flip the artwork before sending it to the cutter.
Heat Press Settings
  • Temperature: 300°F – 320°F
  • 1st Press: 10 seconds under medium pressure. Let it cool, then peel off the transparent carrier film.
  • 2nd Press: 5 seconds after peeling the film
  • Pressure: Medium
  • Peel: Cold
Recommendation: Always perform a test cut and press before standard production.
Note: Settings may vary depending on blade sharpness, garment material, and equipment used.
